Features and Applications of Vehicle Mounted Mobile Substation
The quality of power supply and the increasing demand for uninterrupted power in all industries across the country, especially in emergencies such as accidents, emergency repairs and natural disasters, pose a challenge to the rapid operation of substations and emergency response work. The vehicle-mounted substation is a dedicated substation in the electrical system. It is a small substation that organically integrates electrical equipment into one or more semi-trailers. It can replace small substations and provide protection monitoring and remote sensing functions. The vehicle-mounted substation is an efficient emergency power supply device, usually consisting of an on-board module, an electrical equipment module and other optional modules. It consists of high voltage HGIS, main transformer, medium voltage switch, integrated automation system, transport vehicle body and other functional units. It is characterized by high integration, reliable performance, small size and fast layout. Since all on-board mobile substation equipment is pre-assembled, pre-commissioned and pre-tested, it can be put into operation within a few hours.
The vehicle-mounted substation usually consists of two or three bodies and is divided by function into five basic modules: input line module, main transformer module, medium and low voltage distribution room module, protection and control module, and transportation module. Each module is a prefabricated structure, and the assembly, connection and development of each module is done at the factory, where the fully functional substation will be installed. The purpose of using vehicle-mounted mobile substations is to have the ability to operate and transfer loads quickly in the event of natural disasters, unexpected equipment accidents and other emergencies. Therefore, the power supply enterprises should first choose the main transformer capacity and winding number in combination with the maintenance substation voltage level, large transformer capacity and the number of substation power supply lines. 110kV usually uses oil-immersed transformers with a capacity of 20-63MVA; then choose the number of distribution lines and determine the volume, layout and connection between the medium and low voltage distribution room and the transformer. The support form of the third transport module should be determined according to the site conditions and use environment. The transformer vehicle adopts supported hydraulic assisted steering body, under the action of hydraulic assist system, the suspension of the vehicle can be Shi 45" rotation, reducing the turning radius of the whole vehicle and improving the vehicle passing ability. Finally, considering the protection and control system, the connection mode between modules is fiber optic or cable. In addition, mobile substation lighting, battery capacity and vehicle-mounted mobile substation primary wiring form is relatively simple. The high voltage side is generally connected by line transformer sets, and the medium and low voltage side adopts single bus or single bus segment structure.
